WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Access to our space for two hours
- This does not include setup time - you are able to arrive 60 minutes prior to your event, allowing you and your setup team ample time to prepare for your event
- Extra set-up time may be available if requested ($50/hr fee applies)
- A member of Team Trendy will be on site during your event.
- Accommodates up to 50 guests
- Tables with white linens and clear chiavari ghost chairs for each table setting
- Table settings include cottontail cream serving plates and gold silverware that will complement any theme; as well as a cup per guest and napkins
- Table decor includes brass candlesticks with faux-flame candles and faux eucalyptus runners
- An ice water station is available for your guests
- Play areas for children included
- All guests receive 15 percent off retail purchases during the event
PRICING:
- Saturday/Sunday events (11am-1pm or 4-6pm): $625
- Friday events (either 5-7pm or 6-8pm): $500
- Events booked for DECEMBER are an extra $150
- Everything listed above is included in this price
- $45 cleaning fee will be added to final invoice
- Outside food/desserts ARE permitted (beverages not purchased through The Trendy Bunny are subject to a $50 outside beverage fee - sorry, no hard alcohol permitted!)

OTHER NOTES:
- Non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your event date.
- An invoice for the balance (including any add-on's) will be due 10 days prior to your event. If you'd like us to split up this final payment, just ask!
- Please do not bring confetti to your event :)
- We use water based face-paints that easily wash off; if you are worried about an allergy please make sure your child does not participate, we are not liable for any injuries/allergic reactions while visiting our space, or playing in our designated play areas. Please supervise your children at all times, including while using our bounce houses, play areas, etc.
Our event calendar reflects real-time availability. If a date or time slot is not selectable, it is already booked. We recommend booking early, as we do fill up quickly, especially for weekends and peak seasons.
Cake recommendations?
Of course we highly recommend our in-house bakery (Four Oaks Bakery) for your cakes, cupcakes, etc! Because of how many custom orders Emily fills, her availability may be limited, and you are able to use anyone you like for desserts.
IS FOOD PROVIDED?
We do not provide any food for events. You can use anyone you'd like to provide food for your event! If you are looking for some suggestions, we have a great list of caterers that are familiar with both of our venues! Here are some of our favorites:

Balloon Artist Recommendations?
Kamie's Creations! For balloon arrangements/arches at The Trendy Bunny Studio, we do have an exclusive arrangement with Kamie because of some of the unique aspects at that location. Outside balloons are not permitted.
Is gratuity included?
We do not have any service charges or hidden fees, nor a mandatory gratuity. We are proud to offer our team a competitive wage, so gratuity for your Event Host is completely optional. If you choose to tip your host, they keep 100% of it :)
