Here are the next steps!
- In the next 24 hours:
- You'll receive the following confirmation emails:
- A booking confirmation email containing details of the event booking as well as a receipt for your $300 deposit
- An invoice for the remaining balance for your event, including the final balance due 10 days prior to your event as well as any interim payments.
- Within a week or so:
- An event coordinator will reach out to you to answer any questions and walk through our add-on's!
- Two to three weeks prior to your event:
- An event coordinator will reach out to confirm your guest count and go over any additional questions you have!

Desserts
Of course we highly recommend our in-house bakery (Four Oaks Bakery) for your cakes, cupcakes, etc! Because of how many custom orders Emily fills, her availability may be limited, and you are able to use anyone you like for desserts.
Florals
We highly recommend A Pretty Flower! Dani (@dani_aprettyflower) can work with you to make any vision you have a reality. You may use any florist you like, but any florals that we have commissioned have come from A Pretty Flower!
Balloons
Also, A Pretty Flower! For balloon arrangements/arches at The Trendy Bunny Studio, we do have an exclusive arrangement with Dani because of some of the unique aspects at that location. At The Trendy Bunny Café, we still highly recommend using A Pretty Flower, but you may use other vendors as long as nothing is attached to our walls or fixtures :)
Gratuity
We do not have any service charges or hidden fees, nor a mandatory gratuity. We are proud to offer our team a competitive wage, so gratuity for your Event Host is completely optional. If you choose to tip your host, they keep 100% of it :)
