Need a Trendy Spot to Host?

• Access to our space for two hours 
• This does not include setup time - our Private Event staff will arrive 90 minutes prior to your event, allowing ample time to set up
• Extra set-up time may be available if requested ($50/hr fee applies)
• One Trendy Bunny Event Host to assist in set up, event management & tear down for the duration of your event.
• Accommodates up to 50 guests
• Tables with white linens and black metal farmhouse chairs for each table setting
• Table settings include cottontail cream serving plates and gold silverware that will complement any theme; as well as disposable cups and napkins 
• Table decor includes brass candlesticks with faux-flame candles and faux eucalyptus runners
• Pitchers of water included for each table
• Play areas for children included
• All guests receive 15 percent off retail purchases during the event

PRICING:

• Saturday/Sunday events (11am-1pm or 4-6pm):  $625
• Friday events (either 5-7pm or 6-8pm):  $400
• Events booked for DECEMBER are an extra $150
• Pricing is for up to 40 guests
• Extra guests are $10/place setting
• Space accommodates up to 50 guests
• Everything listed above is included in this price
• $45 cleaning fee will be added to final invoice
• Outside food/desserts ARE permitted (beverages not purchased through The Trendy Bunny are subject to a $50 outside beverage fee)
• Outside coffee is not permitted (see options below)

  • Please note that we only allow balloons from Kamie's Creations in the space for damage/liability purposes.

OTHER NOTES:

• Non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your event date.
• An invoice for the balance (including any add-on's) will be due 10 days prior to your event.  If you'd like us to split up this final payment, just ask!
• Please do not bring confetti to your event :)
• We use water based face-paints that easily wash off; if you are worried about an allergy please make sure your child does not participate, we are not liable for any injuries/allergic reactions while visiting our space, or playing in our designated play areas. Please supervise your children at all times, including while using our bounce houses, play areas, etc.
