Private Party FAQ 

FRIDAY (6:00-8:00PM) - $400
Message us if you prefer 5:00-7:00pm!

INCLUDED:

  • access to our space for two hours
  • one staff member to assist in set up, event management & tear down
  • maximum of 40 guests included (please add $10 each additional guest. 
  • faux eucalyptus table runners
  • brass candle sticks with faux flame candles
  • mix of 6ft folding tables with white tablecloths
  • black metal farmhouse chairs
  • play area for kids
  • all guests get 15% off their purchase of retail during the event

 

SATURDAY + SUNDAY (1:00-3:00PM)- $600

Saturdays evenings we also offer 6-8pm, limited availability.

  • (this does not include set up time, your party host will arrive 90mins prior to your event allowing ample time to set up.)
  • one staff member to assist in set up, event management & tear down
  • maximum of 40 guests included - additional $10 per guest over 40 people

  • custom bracelet favors ($12 each, birthday boy/girl is free!)

  • barista bar - includes lattes, drip coffee, cappuccinos & americanos for the duration of your event ($250) 
  • rent our champagne cart - serves 60 people, only includes cart & glasses ($100) 
  • audio guestbook- black vintage style phone where your guests can leave a special voicemail for you to cherish forever. We will email you a link with all your messages 24 hours after your private party.($200)
  • coffee bar -includes drip coffee only, cups,  creamers, sugar. Serves 40 people- ($65)

PLEASE NOTE:

+ You are permitted to bring in any food/beverages/desserts you would like. We do ask you pay a cork fee if brining in alcohol beverages. For a list of suggestions click the link on this page or stop in and pick up a brochure
 
+ A cleaning fee of $35 will be included in your final payment.
+ Parties that are booked for the month of December are an additional $100.
+ If you are interested in splitting your final payment into several payments, please let us know!
 
We do not allow outside balloons of any kind. To purchase a balloon arch/art please contact “A Pretty Flower” inside the trendy bunny studio. 

No outside coffee is permitted in the space as we have our own cafe. Please ask about our drip coffee service or barista bar for your event 

No confetti of any kind is permitted inside our space.
 
 Please be mindful of the end time of your party, we often have a second event or private workshops/classes in the evenings and need to prepare the space.  You can add an additional hour if you’d like as an add on.

PLEASE NOTE: A non-refundable $300 deposit ($250 for Friday events) is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your date. We will be in touch shortly after receiving your inquiry to collect payment. Please check your spam folders for you invoice, if payment is not made your party will be cancelled automatically.  Please note you may arrive 90 mins before the time of your private party to set up any food, decorations, etc…your party host will assist you with any set up you may need. Your final invoice is due one week prior to your event.

*Please note we use water based face-paints that easily washes off, if you are worried about an allergy please make sure your child does not participate, we are not liable for any injuries/allergic reactions while visiting our space, or playing in our designated play areas. Please supervise your children at all times, including while using our jumphouse, slides, toy areas, etc.
