We’re honored to host your event and are committed to delivering a seamless, elevated experience. To ensure clarity and consistency, the following terms apply to all bookings:
Reservations & Deposits
A $300 deposit is required to reserve your event date.
All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your final balance.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event date are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the remaining event balance.
Cancellations made prior to 6 weeks will not incur additional penalties beyond the forfeited deposit.
Event Timing & Access
Evening events are 2 hours in duration, unless additional time is reserved in advance.
Each event includes 1 hour of setup time prior to your scheduled start time.
The venue will be fully prepared for your arrival, including guest place settings.
All setup by you, your caterers, or vendors must occur within your reserved setup window.
Additional setup or event time may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.
Food & Catering
We do not provide food or catering services.
You are welcome to bring in any food or caterer of your choosing with no restrictions.
Limited serving ware may be available in case an extra item is needed; however, we do not provide serving ware for food service.
Place Settings & Event-Specific Items
We provide one plate, fork, knife, spoon, and drinking glass per guest.
Clients are responsible for providing any additional or event-specific items, including but not limited to dessert plates, bowls, specialty utensils, or glassware (e.g., wine glasses).
Beverages
Outside beverages are permitted with a $50 outside beverage fee.
This fee does not apply to soft drinks or bottled water.
Bottles of hard alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Fees
All events are subject to a $45 cleaning fee, which will be included in your final invoice.
Damages & Liability
The booking party assumes responsibility for any damage to the venue, furnishings, or equipment caused by guests, vendors, or invitees.
Any damages or excessive cleaning required beyond standard service will be billed accordingly.
Vendor & Guest Conduct
All vendors and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with venue guidelines.
We reserve the right to end an event early if conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these terms, without refund.
